The IT Professional Services SIN encompasses a range of services such as IT system analysis, integration, design, deployment support, network services, data/records management, testing, as well as application programming, conversion, and implementation.

The HACS scope covers both proactive and reactive cybersecurity services aligned with government-wide priorities. Services include Zero Trust, Security Architecture Reviews, Application Security Testing, Risk and Vulnerability Assessments, Penetration Testing, Incident Response, and Cyber Hunt.

DISA Encore III  

ENCORE III provides the DoD and federal agencies a full spectrum of IT services and solutions ranging from engineering development to full sustainment under two suites of multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts valued at $17.5B supporting a 10-year ordering period.

DISA Systems Engineering Technology & Innovation (SETI) 

DISA SETI was designed for the development of innovative solutions to new, unique, or complex problems in the IT mission areas; in addition to being able to engineer solutions to existing complex capability gaps in the IT service portfolio.

DISA Global Services Management - Operations II (GSM-O II)  

GSM-O II is designed to provide a full global operations and sustainment solution that is needed to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Information Network/ Defense Information System Network (DODIN/DISN), for both DoD and non-DoD entities.

US Army Information Management Communications Services IV (IMCS IV)

The US Army NETCOM IMCS IV provides IT and Telecommunications services support for C4IM (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management) Unified Capabilities; Information Technology Services (ITS); Land Mobile Radio (LMR) Network Management; and Inside/Outside Plant (to include Tier I and II support) to US Army Installations CONUS-wide.

DIA Solutions for the Information Management Enterprise III (SITE III)

SITE III provides a centralized IT acquisition capability to meet worldwide security requirements and technical support services through system design, development, fielding and sustainment of global intelligence and Command and Control assets. 


The Best-in-Class VETS 2 GWAC is the only GWAC set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). It’s designed to meet diverse agency IT services requirements, including new and emerging technologies.



GSA STARS III is one of the largest GWACs offered to 8(a) small businesses. Work under this contract covers a wide range of IT functional areas, including Custom Computer Programming Services, Computer Systems Design Services, Computer Facilities Management Services, Other Computer Related Services, Data Processing, Hosting, and Emerging Technology-focused IT Services.
